Ebuyer have reasonable prices, and an excellent website to order from. They ship items out promptly too.

The reason for the low rating? They use Yodel, and as such the odds of items being delivered on the day Ebuyer say they will be are vastly diminished. My delivery today (a fabled "next day" delivery) was not made by Yodel - they never stopped outside my house or even drove onto the road I live on (I have a video doorbell which proves that). According to Yodel delivery was not made because I wasn't home - maybe if they actually came to my house they'd have found I was in. All day. Waiting.

Ebuyer - you are only as good as your delivery courier, so when my items don't arrive because you foolishly use Yodel who do not attempt to deliver on the day promised by both them and you, it is damaging your reputation too since you selected them as your delivery partner.

Ordering was easy and delivery good. Good price and interset free with paypal was very good

Ordered an overhaul of parts for my computer to upgrade and couldn't be happier with them now all installed and working perfectly.

Of course like everyone else I suffered issues with the delivery service Yodel but still managed to have my parcel come to me in the space of a week.

Many thanks to Laura & Lucy of their customer service team who helped me a lot with queries about my parcel and solved the problems on my behalf. You guys are legends!

Got a few more things I'd like to get upgraded in my PC later on in the year/early next year and definitely see myself coming back to eBuyer to buy them.

The air conditioner works well but the only problem is the exhaust pipe on the rear of the machine keeps pulling out of the slide in adaptor

Initially, they seemed to be very professional with all their shipping options, etc. until I ordered something, paid for the fastest shipping option (next working day) and they went dark for more than 48 hours, not returning emails or anything. After finally speaking to them via phone after about 48 hours, I was trying to explain that I cannot wait for another day since I had to travel outside the UK and they did not seem to care at all and did not offer any faster shipping service even if we paid extra on top of all, but of course, they were very sorry about the delay and that the products should be arriving the next day... That is about it, 72 hours and still nothing. Had to cancel the order, and then I got stuck for another 5 Business Days to wait for the refund. If you want fast shipping, avoid this site. Very sad experience.

Terrible Customer Services! Rude staff, supplied wrong items & should have collected the wrong item which cost us a lot of money.
No collection was made & now the item is outside the return policy window. No apology offered, no recommended solutions, just tough! We need to provide a record of a PHONE CALL made which was handled by a different department who are claiming no responsibility. Be careful with this company, its a cheap service & you get what you pay for. It deserves no stars for what they have just done & how they just spoke to me. SHOCKING!

Since I live near Howden, where Ebuyer has a warehouse, I always shop there and I am always satisfied. We should support local small businesses in these tough times.

For the sake of of a few £ refused. To price match. With a Inependant store not an auction site...

Ordered an air conditioner on Sunday evening, paid for Next Business Day delivery, so chose a Tuesday delivery, when I am going to be home.
Just had an email from them saying it will be a Wednesday, I am not home on Wednesday and I want the unit today to cool down my house.
Tried emailing them, no response (as yet).
Tried calling, left it 5 minutes (at 10p a minute), didnt get through to anyone.
I would not recommend ebuyer and I will not be using them again.
